Terms and Conditions of Shipping and returns

Once your order is processed and shipped, delivery times found below take effect:    

Shipping Method: USPS, ChinaPost, DHL, JS Express, UniUni, Yun Express, and CAINIAO   

Delivery Time: Approx 9 Business days

Free Shipping - UK & International

All orders are tracked. You will receive a confirmation email of your order straight away. Please allow 1 to 3 days to process your order. Once completed and the item has been shipped, you'll be sent a further email with tracking details. You can view the tracking status by either logging into your account or via the Shop App which you can download once logged in.

When ordering an item in the same cart, items may be sourced from separate suppliers and would take different processing and delivery times, but aim to have all items received within approx 9 days. International transit times may vary due to customs clearance and other variables that are out of the shipping processes control. If an item/s is held at customs, customers are responsible for all duty fees issued by their respective country and cannot be reimbursed.    

CANCELLATION POLICY    

Please request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase as your order will be processed as quickly as possible.
Once confirmation of your order has not been dispatched, a full refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the credit to appear within your account. If the item has been dispatched, you'll be subject to the returns policy.    

RETURNS POLICY    

Sophistiques is UK based   

Items accepted for return must be new and unworn/unused and sent within 14 days of your delivery date for a full refund on the items only, store credit or exchange. (Not including Earrings)

Please confirm your purchase before you buy. Items marked 'Final Sale' are denoted in product descriptions and are not eligible for return.  

Returned items that are in perfect condition are to be subject to the customers costs for return delivery in the event of an unwanted item within the returned notice time. Any item that is lost in transit will have a replacement item sent out for delivery as soon as possible based on stock.

Any items received damaged within transit will have a replacement sent out once photos have been received for proof of damage.   

Items such as earrings marked with final sale cannot be returned even if not worn and in pristine condition due to policy of hygiene. Please check before you purchase.   

Your satisfaction is a priority. If you have any concerns, please reach through the contact page. Returned items are to be in perfect condition, in original packaging, and sent with tracking from a carrier of your choice within 14 days from your item’s delivery date.   

Please note, items returned are not subject to reimbursement for shipping. All items are selected with high-quality materials and are made to last. With any situation, please message and customer services will be happy to help, so please reach out with any concerns. In the unlikely event that you need to report an issue with your order, please contact through the contact page, please allow up to 48hrs for a response and customer services will respond to assist you.
